Most people refer to me as “the one with the horses” or the one with the big smile. I love this because it’s true to who I am. I am a very direct person and what you see is what you get.
I call this Embodied Leadership. It’s when you are so comfortable in your own skin (the good, the bad, the shadow) that you can lead with a full heart and a clear mind.
As a Leader, I believe my job is to create an environment and culture where everyone can thrive (defined as “to grow vigorously : flourish”). I love his definition!
For me thriving isn’t about making things easy by removing obstacles… instead it’s about cultivating resilience, embodying empathy and taking inspired action despite the obstacles that life throws at you.
My personal mission: I want to grow and I want others to grow.

Diana Binder Wettstein is an Executive Coach and Founder of Binder STL GmbH. On January 1st 2025, she was appointed as the Co-CEO of Lernwerkstatt Olten, after being a long-standing member of the management team for over 13 years.
Diana ‘s diverse professional and personal experience extends across cultures and bridges generational gaps; incorporating innovation, technology and psychological safety into her leadership style.
She lived in Australia for 5 years and managed her Swiss team remotely and digitally long before it became popular (and essential) during Covid.
As a Keynote Speaker, her areas of expertise covers Embodied Leadership, Self Management and Women in Business.
